Sidney Crosby can be found dating at least a couple of women but he has not gone public with any woman he can call his girlfriend. Some rumors and pictures were distributed around the internet. There are rumors that say he is seeing a girl named Alice.

In 2007, he said in an interview that he is single and was having a hard time meeting girls and dating out. After all, he is indeed a pro-athlete and you surely don’t meet a lot of girls while you sweat out at practice. He said in an interview that when he does find the right girl for him, he is looking for one thing: independence.

He said that since he is a pro-athlete he would want somebody who can understand what his life is about. He is a public figure and he would want a girl who is patient and understanding about his career. With the current hockey schedule he has, he is pretty busy and he is not available to date all the time.  When it happens that he meets the right girl, he wants somebody who can understand that.
